Willow Pond Farm is nestled on about three acres of countryside in Hudson Valley New York. We only recently started keeping chickens shortly after the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. However it has always been a lifelong dream. The farm gets its name from the pond located on premises and the willow tress that surround it. The pond was created from the natural hillside and extra soil from when the basement for the home was excavated. The willow trees were originally planted to help suck up the additional water put into the ground as a side affect.
